19103 Anti Feather Blue (X-Feather)

Used it on cheap copy paper for a work form and the lines stayed razor-sharp, no bleed at all. The 3 oz bottle is generous, and knowing it's archival and waterproof makes me feel better about keeping long-term notes.

I’ve been testing this on cheap copy paper and the anti-feathering actually works—no bleed or spread even with a wetter nib. It’s waterproof too, which I confirmed after running the page under the tap. One bottle will last me ages.
